Free member event on March 29

The Friends of Kinneil is running a member event in the large meeting room upstairs at Bo’ness Library next Monday, March 29, from 7.30 p.m. Friends member and historian Ian Scott will give a talk on the occupants of Kinneil House – and his work on a new book about the estate. The charity’s management committee will also give an update on their work to improve and promote the estate. Members will also be asked to give their views and feedback.

The evening is free to attend for Friends of Kinneil members (plus one guest per member). There will also be a light buffet and refreshments. To help finalise numbers, email attendance to: info@kinneil.org.uk – or write to Maria Ford, 16 Craigallan Park, Bo’ness; tel. 01506 510629.

You can also join the charity by calling Maria or visiting www.kinneil.org.uk/friends  to download an application form. Current membership charges are just £5 for retired/unwage/students; £10 for ordinary members; and £15 for family membership.
